Super admin


At any time you can make the user a Super Admin. This gives the user access to all modules and settings.  Only super admins have the permission to create or remove super admin permission.


A quick guide to adding super admins to Medical Tracker:

  • Login to your Medical Tracker account
  • Click on your User menu ( top right ) 
  • Click on settings




  • Click Users & Teams
  • Click user email address




  • Click the Actions dropdown menu and select Make Super Admin




You should now see the super admin label.   


Important: The user will have to logout and back in again for the new permissions to apply
