Groupcall trouble shooting

There are four main reason why your Groupcall link might not be pulling students through - please check the below to ensure all students sync with Medical Tracker: 

1. Students are set to pre-admission

If a student is set to pre-admission they will not pull through to Medical Tracker. Medical Tracker only pulls through students on the current roll. Please ensure all students are current roll - if you update a student's information they will pull through to Medical Tracker within 24 hours. 

2. A reg or year group isn't set

If a student does not have a reg or year group set they will not pull through to Medical Tracker. Please ensure all students have a reg or year group - if you update a student's information they will pull through to Medical Tracker within 24 hours. 

3. The students are set as guest students

If a student is set to 'Guest' student they will not pull through to Medical Tracker. Medical Tracker only pulls through students on the current roll. Please ensure all students are current roll - if you update a student's information they will pull through to Medical Tracker within 24 hours. 

4. Sharing Mode

For Medical Tracker to load all student data, you will need to select the correct sharing mode in your groupcall portal.

 

  • Login in to your groupcall portal.  Groupcall Portal
  • Click on go to data sharing dashboard

  • Click on Medical Tracker within your Xporter Apps

  • Click on GDPR Summary tab
  • Under Selected Sharing Mode the value you should read "Share all by default and exclude individuals" (No 1.  in the diagram)
  • If your settings do not match, please update your selected option by clicking on "Config sharing options for this app"
  • Please contact support if you require help with this support@medicaltracker.co.uk with the subject of "Sharing Permissions
