Please use these instructions to create a CTF file from Integris G2 which can be used to make or update a Medical Tracker database. Please note only Medical Tracker Administrators can upload or update student data.
Creating the CTF
From the Modules menu at the top, choose Administration.
Select Import and Export, choose CTF Export
Click on General Transfer, and then click on Next
Select your own school as the Export Destination - for example 000/llll-homelea - box then click on the Add button to select pupils.
If a whole school contextual update is all that is required click on the Find button, and then on Select Confirm Yes to select the whole school.
Click on Select All to select the whole school for export. Click on Next.
Choose to export Basic Details, Student Address, Contact Details, Extended Contact Details, Extended Student Details and Medical Details.
Click on Next.
To save the CTF file click on Download Now.
Save the zipped CTF file to a destination of your choice, before unzipping and extracting the file which should then become an XML file.
Uploading the CTF to Medical Tracker:
To upload your CTF file to your Medical Tracker database you will need to select the 'Admin' module and then 'School CTF Manager'.
Select which Management Information System you exported the data from and then select 'Choose File'. Find the CTF you just created and press 'Open' and then 'Upload New Student Data'.
It will take around 10-30 seconds to upload the data.
Once successful you will be taken to the 'Students' module and you will see a green success message.
