The Medical Conditions panel enables you to keep track of children's Medical Conditions, care plans and the associated medications, including the dosage and expiry date.
Below is a guide on adding a new Medical Condition, and all of what is shown below can be conducted on the Medical Conditions panel.
Once you have selected Add Medical Condition, you will be presented with a form that enables you to record the precise details of any child's Medical Condition. The highlighted red boxes indicate the boxes needed to save the condition.
Once you have selected Yes for Requires Healthcare Plan, you see the option to Upload Care Plan, or to Create Online. Below are the instructions for Create Online:
Once you have completed the first page, you will then be able to press Next, this will then show you the below form. All the boxes in the care plan form are free-text boxes so that you can add as much detail as required.
Once you have pressed Save, the condition will be added to the system.
Below will guide you through how to Upload a Care Plan.
Select Upload Care Plan and complete the form as normal.
As soon as you press Save you will see the Upload Healthcare Plan button. Selecting that and it will open a file picker that will enable you to select the desired document from your computer. This needs to be in a PDF format to be uploaded correctly.
Once you have created medical conditions for the children in your school, you will have easy access to the condition record and care plan when recording Incidents and Medication Use.

Medication use - you can click apply if you are administering a medication associated with a medication condition:
