Add your school's locations into Medical Tracker

Here we show you how to add the locations within your school so you can start logging incidents

With Medical Tracker, you can quickly create a list of all of your School Locations so that you can keep on top of all of your incidents, no matter where they happen on your school site.

As soon as you click Save the location will be added to the list of registered locations.

You can also Edit and Remove locations that are no longer relevant.

Some useful tips on getting the most out of your locations list.

Graph showing injury locations

Here you can see that the location 'Classroom' is not as helpful as 'Blue Classroom'. 'Classroom' implies that these are all of the incidents that have happened in a classroom, this could mean anywhere in the school. 'Blue Classroom' is a specific classroom that allows you to understand that a higher number of incidents are happening in the 'Blue Classroom'. This means you can take action and understand why a high number of incidents have happened in this location.

In larger schools, it may also be useful to break down the list into areas of the school. For example, 'English Department' or 'Art Department'. This will help you identify more specific areas within the school where incidents are happening.
