How do staff submit their LFT (lateral flow test) results?

This article shows you how staff members can submit their LFT results.

Step 1: Go to the link below and enter your work email address

This link: https://lft.medicaltracker.co.uk/

 

Once you have entered your work email address, click the button to generate your OTP (four-digit passcode). You will then be sent an email containing your OTP (four-digit passcode).

 

IMPORTANT: Each time you submit a result a new OTP (four-digit passcode) will be generated.

Step 2: Copy the code in the email and go back to the link

Copy the unique four-digit code from the email, and paste the code into the box that has appeared on the webpage. This will now give you access to submit a result.

Step 3: Fill out your details and submit your test result

Some fields will automatically be populated. The sections you will need to fill out are:

  • Test date

  • Test result

  • Test strip ID

Once you have completed all the details click the submit button and the result will be sent to your school. If your test is positive or void, your school should be in touch with advice on what to do next.

I haven't received my four-digit log-in code, what do I do? Please check your spam/junk folder. Please also ensure that emails can be received from donotreply@medicaltracker.co.uk (check our emails are not blocked/blacklisted).

Please contact your school's administrator who'll be able to add your email address to Medical Tracker. You will then be able to submit your lateral flow tests on Medical Tracker.
