How do parents/carers submit their child's lateral flow test results?

Step 1: Go to the link below and enter the email address associated with your child's school

Once you have entered your email address, click the button to generate your OTP (four-digit passcode). You will then be sent an email containing your OTP (four-digit passcode).

IMPORTANT: Each time you submit a result a new OTP (four-digit passcode) will be generated.

Step 2: Copy the code in the email and go back to the link

Copy the unique four-digit code from the email, and paste the code into the box that has appeared on the webpage. This will now give you access to submit a result.

Step 3: Fill out your details and submit your test result

Some fields will automatically be populated. The sections you will need to fill out are:

• Test date

• Test result

• Test strip ID

Once you have completed all the details click the submit button and the result will be sent to your school. If you have submitted a test that is positive or void, your child's school should be in touch with advice on what to do next.

I haven't received my four-digit log-in code, what do I do? Please check your spam/junk folder. Please also ensure that emails can be received from donotreply@medicaltracker.co.uk (check our emails are not blocked/blacklisted).

Please contact your school's administrator who'll be able to add your email address to Medical Tracker. You will then be able to submit your lateral flow tests on Medical Tracker.
