Medical Tracker integrates with your Management Information System (MIS) through Groupcall Xporter on Demand. Every 24 hours, data from your MIS will automatically pull through to Medical Tracker.
Groupcall Xporter on Demand is used in over 16,000 schools across the UK however it only takes a few minutes to install if your school has not used it before. Simply log in to Medical Tracker (https://school.medicaltracker.co.uk) and then follow this link: https://school.medicaltracker.co.uk/registration
Complete the details on screen and then watch the video below - once you have completed the steps your integration should be set up and data should start syncing within 30 minutes.
- Receive an email from Groupcall - click on the link to begin authorisation
- Complete the relevant details
- Complete data-sharing authorisation - we recommend sharing all by default, then individuals can be excluded if required
- If you do not currently use Groupcall Xporter, installation may be required. You can book a set-up slot with the Xporter Support Team. If you have used Xporter before, you can skip this step and your data will start syncing.
- Please check back on Medical Tracker after 30 minutes to see if the data has started to sync.

If you have not received an invitation, please contact support@medicaltracker.co.uk with your DFE, full school name, full contact name, email address, and school phone number. Once we have this information we can send an invite and you will receive an email to connect Groupcall to Medical Tracker.
