What to do if you are changing the name of the school but the DfE number stays the same
If you are changing the name of the school and the DfE number is staying the same then please follow the below steps.
Firstly, Head to Settings > Account Details > Change the name and logo.
Once this has been changed, please send an email to Support@medicaltracker.co.uk and notify us on the name change. please ensure you include:
Previous school name
New school name
DfE number
You will then need to Contact either Wonde / Groupcall (which ever you have live through Settings > Ad ons) and notify them of the name change so they can amend their records for the API.

If your school email addresses are changing, the email addresses will update automatically on Medical Tracker when this information changes on your school MIS. Please note you will need to do update the email addresses manually in Settings > Users and Teams - https://help.medicaltracker.co.uk/en/adding-a-new-user
