Creating a template to request parent approval for care plans and medication

When using the ParentApproval feature, you need a template so you can notify parents

You can create a new template in the Settings area (using this guide) and use our default wording below - please note that the dynamic fields must be inserted from the Fields drop-down list, rather than copied and pasted.

#student_name$'s medical condition is now up for review, please ensure all details are up-to-date and approve, for further guidance on how to do this, please click here.

You can access the parent portal by entering your email address and following the steps provided on the guide: https://parentapprove.medicaltracker.co.uk.

PLEASE NOTE: If any amendments are made to the medical condition, the school will update and re-send for approval.
