How to add a Header and Footer to your communication templates
Adding headers and footers to your email templates
In this article we will demonstrate how to input a header and footer to your schools communication templates.
Head to Settings > Branding.
We recommend a resolution of 670px x 300px to work correctly in all media. Medical Tracker works best when exporting your branding to a PDF.
Please note - Use a screenshot tool to screenshot just the header and footer separately as uploading the full document will not upload due to the size of the document.
When screenshotting your Header and Footer, please ensure you reduce the view size of the PDF down to around 50%
You can now screenshot just the Header or Footer and save this to a place you can access.
Once you have done the above you can simply upload this following the steps here.
Click Add notifications header/footer > Select your file > Upload
