How do I add a student's photo?

If you sync Medical Tracker with your school's MIS

If your school syncs Medical Tracker with your MIS, then student photos will be automatically added to the student records in our system and cannot be added directly in the app. It may take up to 7 days to see new photos in your MIS in Medical Tracker.

You may need to wait up to 7 days to see a student's most recent MIS photo in Medical Tracker, as photos are not synced as frequently as other data points, like medical conditions. These timescales are controlled by the third party sending us the data, Wonde or Groupcall, and is not something we can change.

If you would prefer not to sync student photos at all, you can change the permissions you grant us by contacting Wonde or Groupcall directly.

If you do not sync Medical Tracker with your school's MIS

Schools that add their students manually have the option to upload photos for their students directly to Medical Tracker.

To add a student photo, go to Medical Tracker > Students

Search and select the student you wish to update - this will open the Student Overview
Click Add photo
Select the image you want to add from your computer
Click on the Upload button
