adding multiple injuries
In this guide we will cover how to add multiple injuries to an incident.
There are 2 ways this can be done which we will cover in this guide.
1. One option would be to add the multiples injuries to the injured areas field.
To do this, head to Settings in the top right hand side > Manage List > And click 'Add'
In here you can add the name of the injured areas and this will appear in your drop down list when logging an incident.
2. In the second option, you will need to log your incident Via Incidents > New incidents > Fill out the relevant details regarding your incident > Click 'Save'
On the overview page of the Incident of the incident you have just created > Head to 'Send notification' 
In here you can amend the template by simply typing the multiple injuries into your communication to parents.
You can then finalise your communication and choose which is best to send this notification out to parents.
