How to add multiple school access for a user

adding multiple school access to a single user

There may be limited users in the school who have the ability to do this. To find out who to ask, Please head to Settings > Users and Teams. Under 'School Access' a number will display next to the users email address.

If this is more than '1', You can click the number to see which schools that user has access too. If you have a staff member who needs access to one of the schools in the list presented after clicking the number, then you will need to speak to this staff member to arrange access.

When you have contacted this user they will need to follow the steps below: 

Head to Settings > Users and Teams > Select the user's email address > Under 'School name' Type in the additional school they require access too > Click Save

When the user has been given multiple school access, They will need to log out and log back in to Medical Tracker for these changes to show. 

For the user to change school, they will need to select the 'Multi School' drop down on the top right hand side of the homepage to switch between schools by simply clicking the appropriate school.

(Please note - if no user in the user and teams section has access to multiple schools, Please email Support@medicaltracker.co.uk with written confirmation from the additional school's Head Teacher so we can assist you with this.)
