How to amalgamate Medical Conditions
For imported conditions
When a Medical Condition is imported to Medical Tracker, you are unable to 'Edit' the name of that condition. However you are able to add medication and extra medical conditions. Please follow these steps below on how to achieve this.
As you can see, the name of the condition is grey'd out as this is imported from your MIS.
To add a new medical condition simply click the '+Add Medical condition' and fill in the relevant fields. This will appear as a Medical condition too.
In this next screenshot, this outlines how this will appear when you have added un multiple Medical conditions. As you can see there is a Medical Condition 1 & 2.
If you then head to 'Medical Condition' Tab at the top > Search for the student. You can then see these showing combined here.
