How to link Medical Conditions

Including how to archive linked conditions

When on Medication Stock/Expiry, you can see if a medical condition is linked or not from the right hand column.

There will either be a tick for linked or a cross meaning not linked.

To link the medical condition, you will need to add this to the Medical Condition and include the expiry date.

Head to Medical Conditions at the top panel > Search for your student > Click into the medical condition > Click the green Edit > Add in the Expiry date > Click Save.

When this is completed, the stock will automatically get added to the Medication Stock/Expiry and linked to the condition. You can see this from the tick in screenshot. med condition 3

The customer will then need to complete the “Track quantity of medication remaining” section so that the 'medication use' works effectively.

To do this, head to Medication Stock/Expiry > Search for the student > Click into the Medication Stock > Edit > click 'Track quantity of medication'.

If a medication has 'Expired' and is linked to a Medical condition, this will need to be changed under the Medication conditions tab.
