Logging intimate care incidents

Can I log intimate care given to students?

Yes you can! Many schools use the intimate care incident type to record instances of personal care e.g. toileting, dressing, hygiene. You'll see it in the New incident drop down at the top of the Incidents module:

Can I edit the pre-set values for what happened?

There's a pre-populated what happened list which you can customise to meet your school's needs under Settings > Manage Lists > Intimate care.

I don't see the option to log an intimate care incident

If you don't see it here, then it may be turned off in your account settings.

Head to Settings > Incidents and make sure that this toggle is set to ON:
