Missing Emergency Contact Details
If parent/carer emergency contact details are not showing on Medical Tracker but are stored on your MIS, read this guide to resolve the issue.
If a parent's email address is missing on Medical Tracker when a school wants to send a notification to parents, and the MIS is SIMS, you will need to ensure the details are correctly completed in the areas that are in yellow:
- Correspondence must be ticked
- Parental responsibility must be ticked
- The contact type and priority fields must be filled in
- When filling in the contact details 'yes' must be inputted into both main and primary
