I'm having trouble logging in using single sign on

If you're having trouble logging in and need to get into the app right away, then please use your email and password.

You can use the Forgot password? link on the login screen to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

To use single sign on (SSO) as a login method, you need to link it to your existing email and password identity within 5 minutes. If more than 5 minutes has passed, you'll need to follow these steps to restart the process.

  1. Head to https://school.medicaltracker.co.uk
  2. Click your preferred single sign on (SSO) option and follow the steps on screen.

  3. You will get an authentication error; this is because we have found and deleted the previously-created account that was never linked.

  4. From the error screen, click ‘Login’.

  5. Click your preferred provider at the bottom of the page. We currently support single sign on with Google and Microsoft.

  6. Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity with Google.
  7. Next, you'll be prompted to link your accounts. Click Continue.

  8. Enter the email and password you usually use to log in to the app on the next screen. You can use the Forgot password? link on the login screen to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

  9. That's it! Once you've linked your accounts, you'll be able to log in with either your single sign on identity or your email and password. Both will be valid, and will get you into the app.
