Using the Ambulance feature on the student profile

The Ambulance button is a valuable tool for use in an emergency.

The Ambulance button on a student's profile can be used in an emergency when an ambulance is called for a student. 

Go to the Students module, search for the student and click on their profile. Here at the top of the page you will see the green Ambulance button:

You can click this button to generate a PDF document containing essential information: the student's details including any medical conditions and their emergency contact information. This document can be printed and handed over to paramedics or anyone else who might need it.
