Settings: Add-ons - syncing data from your MIS

Here, you can choose to sync certain data from your management information system to Medical Tracker.

To find Add-ons go to  Medical Tracker > Settings > Add-ons

Here we have the option to connect:

  • Groupcall Xporter
  • Wonde Importer
  • Schoolcomms
  • CTF Manager - XML upload for new student data

You have the option to sync pre-admission students, the staff list and students' medical conditions.

Select the options you want on and click Save & Update now. Here, you can also see the date and time the data was last synced to Medical Tracker from your management information system - it should automatically sync every morning around 8am.

Please note that the school can only be connected to Medical Tracker with either Groupcall Xporter or Wonde Importer - not both.
