Archive medical conditions in bulk

How to archive more than one medical condition at a time

Archiving removes medical conditions from the main view without permanently deleting them. You can access archived records at any time using the filter on the left-hand side. Archived records can also be restored if needed.

Any user with permission to edit medical conditions can archive conditions in bulk.

Steps

  • Head to the Medical Conditions module
  • Use the search boxes in the header row of the table to look for particular records. We find these filters are particularly useful:
    • medical conditions helps find conditions that have come through as 'Other', or to archive dietary requirements that are not allergies, like 'Vegetarian' or 'No pork`.
    • created date helps find conditions that may have come through incorrectly on initial import
  • Use the checkbox in the header row to select all records that match those filters:

  • Or alternatively just select the ones you need by clicking the checkboxes on individual rows

  • Click Bulk Actions > Archive selected and confirm.
  • The records are now archived, and you can find them under the Archived filter on the left-hand side of the page.
