Medical Tracker integrates with your Management Information System through Wonde or Groupcall Xporter on Demand
If you have not received an invitation, please contact support@medicaltracker.co.uk with your DFE, full school name, full contact name, email address, and school phone number. Once we have this we can send an invite, and you will receive an email to connect Groupcall to Medical Tracker.
If the integration is facilitated by Wonde, an email request will be sent to the Wonde administrator at the school, who then needs to login to Wonde and approve the data-sharing authorisation request from Medical Tracker. Wonde can then process the data and import it to your Medical Tracker account.
Once Wonde or Groupcall has been connected, you will be able to see the following in Settings on your Medical Tracker account:
Here you can see that the connection is pulling through Pre-admission Students, School Staff and Student Medical Conditions. You can turn these options on or off and click on Save & Update now.
