How do I set up the LFT Register for my staff?

Medical Tracker LFT Register allows staff to submit their LFT results by using their work email address.

Important: You need to be connected to Groupcall Xporter on Demand to use this feature. To check if you are connected to Groupcall Xporter on Demand please log in to Medical Tracker and click the following link - if a form appears you need to complete this form to set up. Each staff member should have their own profile under the 'Staff' module. Under the email address column, you should see an email address. If an email address is present then your staff can start using lft.medicaltracker.co.uk to submit results right away. Guidance on how they do this can be found here.

If an email address is not present you will need to update this in your management information system.

We use Groupcall Xporter on Demand to import data from your Management Information System. You need to enter their email addresses within your Management Information System (SIMS, Integris, Arbor etc) under 'Work email'. The following morning the email addresses will pull through to Medical Tracker.

IMPORTANT: Staff members do not need a Medical Tracker log-in to submit lateral flow test results they only need a work email address in their staff profile.
