Medical Tracker LFT Register allows parents/carers to submit LFT results for their child by using their associated email address.
Important: You need to be connected to Groupcall Xporter on Demand to use this feature. To check if you are connected to Groupcall Xporter on Demand please log in to Medical Tracker and click the following link - if a form appears you need to complete this form to set up. If it says you are connected then you are already set up: https://school.medicaltracker.co.uk/registration
Within each student's profile, there is an 'Emergency contact' area which includes the email addresses associated with the parent/carers of a student. Any contact with an email address can submit a lateral flow test for that particular student.
If a parent/carer has more than one child in your school they can submit for both children using the same email address.
If an email address is present then your parents/carers can start using lft.medicaltracker.co.uk to submit results right away. Guidance on how they do this can be found here.
If an email address is not present you will need to update this in your management information system.
We use Groupcall Xporter on Demand to import data from your Management Information System. You need to enter their email addresses within your Management Information System (SIMS, Integris, Arbor etc). The following morning the email addresses will pull through to Medical Tracker.
IMPORTANT: Parents/carers members do not need a Medical Tracker log-in to submit lateral flow test results they only need an associated email address in the student's profile.
