Medical Tracker integrates with your Management Information System (MIS) through Groupcall Xporter on Demand. Every 24 hours, data from your MIS will automatically pull through to Medical Tracker.

Groupcall Xporter on Demand is used in over 16,000 schools across the UK, however, it only takes a few minutes to install if your school has not used it before. Simply log in to Medical Tracker (https://school.medicaltracker.co.uk) and then click this link: https://school.medicaltracker.co.uk/registration
Complete the details on the screen and then watch the video below - once you have completed the steps your integration should be set up and data should start syncing within 30 minutes. If data does not start syncing, please allow up to 24 hours and then contact our Support Team at support@medicaltracker.co.uk
If you have not received an invitation, please contact support@medicaltracker.co.uk with your DFE, full school name, full contact name, email address, and school phone number. Once we have this information we can send an invite and you will receive an email to connect Groupcall to Medical Tracker.
