Step 4: Recording your first incident
Now you have set up your Management Information System connection with Medical Tracker, added your school's locations, and add users, you can record your first incident.
This doesn't have to be a real incident as you can delete any incident after it has been recorded if you are a Super Admin user.
Please note, if you choose to send an email to a parent, the notification will be sent, so please be careful with this option if using a test incident.

You can now notify the parents - please see this guide.
Once recorded, you can then go to the Reports module and you will then see the reports have started to analyse the data you have entered.
Deleting the incident: To delete the record go to Incidents, click the incident you recorded and click Remove.
Once complete move on to Step 5
