Adding a staff member's qualifications to their profile gives you the opportunity to be notified when these are due to expire.
How do I add a staff member's qualification?
- From the dashboard, click on the 'Staff' module.
- Search by their name. Click on the member of staff to add their qualifications to their profile
- Select the Profile Details tab.
- Click the + Add qualification button, add the qualification, the date it was obtained and its expiry date and click Save.
Top tip: You can also mark the staff member as first aid trained by turning on the 'First aider?' toggle as illustrated below. You can then '+ Add qualification' if you wish to be notified when this expires.
