How to use In-Person Signatures on your communications
This article will show you how to use an in-person Signature if a parent is on site regarding an incident.
Firstly you will need to ensure the Incident form has been logged correctly with all the details on the incident. to do this please head to this article to see how to complete this - https://help.medicaltracker.co.uk/en/how-to-add-or-edit-incidents
Once the Incident has been logged, Click to Parent/Carer notification > In-person.
A pop out will appear which will allow you to select the parent you have seen in person, any additional notes you would like to add regarding the incident and a Parent signature box which they can sign.
you can then see the details on the in person signature and notes in the Communication section of the incident.
