New feature: archive medical conditions in bulk

You may wish to archive more than one medical condition at a time - you can now do this with the bulk archive feature

If there is a student or staff member's condition that is short-term or no longer exists, you can archive the condition record on Medical Tracker and still have access to the record. This can now be done in bulk.

Please note: any users who have permission to edit a medical condition will have access to the bulk archive function

On Medical Tracker, go to the Medical Conditions module. Here, you can search at the top of any columns for those conditions you wish to archive. You can select each record individually on the left-hand side, and it will show you how many records you've selected in the yellow box:

Or, you can tick the box at the top of the list to archive all the records you've filtered:

Next, go to the Bulk Actions box in the right-hand corner, click here and choose Archive selected.

Arching is a great way of removing medical conditions without permanently deleting them. You can access the archived records using the filter on the left-hand side. Archived records can be restored if required.
