When logged in to Medical Tracker, you may not be able to see the Student module - see this guide to find out why
The most likely reason for this is that the user permissions have been set up to hide the Student module.
Only certain users will be able to access Settings and the team permissions - if you do not have access, you will need a colleague with admin rights to help you.
Team permissions can be customised to allow different users to have varying levels of access to the Medical Tracker account.
Go to Settings > Users and Teams, and click on the grey box with the teams listed. Select the relevant team (that the user is in), click on Team Actions on the right-hand side and select Edit Team.
Here, you can amend the permissions. Go to the Student tab, as this corresponds with the Student module. In order for all users in that team to access the Student module, the top button needs to be turned on (green), and next option, 'Hide Student Module' must be off (see screenshot below). If 'Hide Student Module' is green, the module will be hidden from any users in this team.
The other permission to check is if any filters have been added, as you may need to remove or amend these. You can also check the other permissions depending on the level of access you want this team to have for the Student module:
If you need further support on managing team permissions, please see this guide.
