Configuring the settings for your parent/ trust account

Here we explain each of the trust settings in detail, which allow trust-level users greater visibility of each school's activity and settings

Log in to your Medical Tracker trust account, go to the drop-down menu in the top right, and select 'Settings'.


You will see a box titled 'Trust Settings' on the main settings page. Click on the button. 

There will be four options to customise for your Trust:
  • 'Trust-level staff will receive automated notifications for all sites' - this allows users on the Trust account to receive notifications of all incidents, medical usage and more for all schools within the trust. These notifications can be customised for each user in the Staff module - please see this guide for instructions. 
  • 'Manage all lists excluding locations across your sites' - this allows trust-level users to access and edit all customisable lists in the Settings area (excluding locations) such as injured area, injury/symptoms, how it happened etc for all schools. Please see this guide on how to manage lists.
  • 'Manage team permissions for all sites' - trust-level users can access Teams and set permissions for teams within each school. Please see this guide on how to edit permissions. 
  • 'Enable the standardisation of letter and email templates across your sites' - this allows a trust-level user to access the Manage Templates settings and standardise the notification templates for all schools. Please see this guide for more information on how to create and edit templates. 

You can adjust these settings at any time, just remember to click 'Save'.
