This article explains how to delete medication from a students medical condition. This may be used if this is no longer required or has expired.
Firstly, Please ensure that the medical condition has been added regarding the students. To do this, Please follow this article here - How to add a Medical Condition
Head to Medical Conditions > Search for the student > Click into the Medical condition you wish to amend.
Once you have selected the Medical Condition, Click the Green Edit at the top left hand side.
This will open up the Medical Condition form where you can make amendments to the existing condition.
To remove the Medication, simply click the Red Bin icon on the right hand side of the Medication that is linked to the medical Condition.
Please be aware that removing the medication will remove this from the student records and will therefore have no log of this. If you wish to extend the Expiry date of the medication please see this article here - Manage Medication Expiry
